Returns & Exchanges

At Hemline, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $7.50 restocking fee, within 5-10 business days.
